seorang kawan telah mencabar saya untuk menunjukkan kreativiti saya dalam menggubah hantaran dari cupcakes dan buah2han. saya sahut cabarannya dan inilah hasilnya. dengan barang-barang yang terhad, akhirnya berjaya juga saya hasilkan beberapa contoh gubahan hantaran.

ini cupcakes yang ditempah oleh ina. budak yang giler makan bettercream. she wanted to have a lot of butercream on her cuppies so, the best choice of deco for these type of request is swirl. by swirling you'll definetly get lots of buttercream on your cuppies.


and the above are some extra cuppies. i've decided to deco it. looks nice in the round casing. i wonder who's the lucky person that'll get my free cuppies.. wait for the answer's..

these 2 cakes are for ayu's husband and aslina's husband. both of them wanted a choc moist cakes with buttercream. i used jelly to make the love and choose a red colour to represent the love from their wife. hope they'll like it.

this is a fake felts cupcakes which i just made for my cuppies organizer. it looks so cute..i loved it so much.. lately theres so much cross stitching in the house. i am enjoying every moment spend on the fabrics. i'll upload the pics later. internet is quite slow today..

happy 31 anniversary...

yesterday was my mom and dad's 31 st wedding anniversary..so i've decided to stitch something instead of giving a card. this morning i went to MPH and bought a book each for them. well since its an anniversary, i decided to choose some romance books. hope they'll liked it.surprisingly my dad wants a KUCH KUCH HO HAI song for his anniversary when i smsed him yerterday..sgtlah jiwang my dad nowadays..so sweet. i'm so lucky to have him as my dad and not to forget my mum. she's so wonderful. i got all these creative talent from her and i'm proud of it. i wish that your love to each other will last for ever.. i love you both with all my heart. happy anniversary papa shafie and mama rossiah..

Pengaruh FB

this is the madeleine yang ditempah oleh my boss kerana terpesona dengan gambar kek ni waktu aku upload kat FB. tapi masa tu aku ngah stress..jadi sesaje jerlah wat kek dan kek tu dah selamat dah dihantar ke rumah my frends who eventually jemput aku ke open housenya on the next day.. on Monday aku deliver kek ni kat bos. amacam bos? sedapkan..kelapa kering tu mmg menambahkan ummph pada madeleine nih..anyway thank you very much boss.. kepada yang lain mailah order..

Stress dan Madeliene

i'm so stress today..with the flu yang tak baik-baik lagi.. tekak sakit..work load yang suddenly datang macam air tejun. sungguhlah stress. jalan tun razak punya jem is getting worst everyday. it's all because of the kerja korek mengorek ganti paip yang tak berkesudahan yang dah hampir setahun aku rasa. i need to do something to release my stress..if not i boleh jadi gila. so, i've decided to baked something..ha ha..jgn tak percaya i boleh release my stress dgn baking..syok oo.. so, i started to grab a few eggs, sugar, butter, flour...campak2 dalam mixer and tadaaaaa..MADELIENE!



i'm sooooooo happy now. dah tak stress dah. jadi esok akan ada somebody yang akan dapat my Madeliene..bye.

cik june choc cake order

kek ni cik jun yang tempah. untuk makan2 raya esok. so, it was a 2++ kg choc moist cake with choc genache..the cake may seens not so pretty..but believe me..the taste is overwhelming..tak caya tanya ina si penggemar kek. so, i do hope they enjoy the taste of the cake till the last crumb tomorrow. till then,gudnite.

HUGE

vanilla cream with pineapple..dessert for my mom and dad when they arrive at my house friday night..the actual plan is to make a madeline but i seems to forget to buy the crisco..so here we are vanilla cream with pineapple..still so yummy



huge? why huge? well for the first time creative princess had receive a huge orders from ina my loyal customer. it was a 500 plain vanilla cuppies for her brothers wedding. i was really fun thing to do... i've also imported my kitchen helper a.k.a my kitchen monster to help me with the packing. like i said the kitchen monster eat every piece of the rejected cuppies and i maked her count every piece of the cuppies that have been pack..she seems to enjoy her job pretty much.. ha ha.. just enjoy the pics. sorry there no pics of us as we were too sexy to be photograph..




the above cuppies is for ina and her nephew..they liked to eat the cream very much so i've decided to make 16 pieces for them to enjoy it and as a token of appriciation from me for thrusting me to baked the 500pcs cuppies..thank you ina.




yersterday there an order from the kind hearted kak fara. it was a large sheperds pie and 30 choc dadih. i forgot to snap the pics of it as i was so tired and running late to send my kitchen monster back to upm. so now only i realized that i forgot to snap the pic. i really hope BMU enjoy the dishes.. thank guys

for the past few weeks i'm kinda busy with the community fair organize by my division plus the hari raya mood with lots and lots of open houses.. after a very long break i've decided to baked these princess layered cake. its actually a basic layered cake. i just add the princess due to my blog name.. it was fun baking these layered cake. enjoy the pics
